Walk-in closet with hangars, king mattress with antimicrobial mattress cover, bedside table, leather swivel chair, blackout shades, wall art, floor lamp, bed and bath linen optional. The headboard faces East. Enjoy the outdoor lounge with pool and garden furniture. Furnishings are negotiable.

LOCATION Great location. Parks, postal services, Starbucks, restaurants, a college, a hospital, and more are within walking distance. You will be a five-minute drive from Highway 59 and within walking distance of parks. CSUB is within a 15-minute walk from the house, a five-minute drive max. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED Bills for utilities and contractors include pool, garden, lawn, high-speed internet/wifi, water, trash, digital purified/alkaline filters, electricity, gas, AC, and heat. Insulation in the house helps keep the temperature typically cool in summer and warm in winter. However, housemates will split the fee for electric bills above $250; utility overage cost when split may be as low as $10.00 but typically not more than $50. We’ve experienced no overages in the past year. Ceiling fans are in bedrooms and kitchen. Occasional use of the fireplace adds ambiance and extra heat in winter. Mindful use of electricity is encouraged. SECURITY Security cameras are provided in some shared/ public areas, but there are no cameras in private areas such as bedrooms and bathrooms. The housemate will have her/his a key to the leased room(s), further ensuring privacy. An entry code is used for keyless entry to the house. A background check is required before signing a lease ( month-to-month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months). Call or text to tour the property and get to know a future housemate. Only two bedrooms will be rented.
