Mindy's room

Newly remodeled, lower level of bilevel - locked master bedroom with open closet, One Bathroom with Shower attached to bedroom. We share the Entrance to the house and the Laundry Room downstairs (opposite half of lower level). Currently two of us and looking for a third roommate. Applicant must pass background check, Have satisfactory Employment/Income verification, Have Driver’s License. Utilities average around 125 for part of gas, electric, water/trash, and Internet.

I work full-time Mon-Fri. I generally wake up around 6am and go to bed no later than 11pm. I’m 40 and have two shih tzus that would be kept upstairs. (A sliding door at the bottom of the stairs separates our living spaces. ) Myself and other roommate are quiet and keep to ourselves. We do try to bring laughter into the house so you may here a laughter boom from time to time. 😁 That’s the only time we’re loud though.
