Suitable for one person, ideally someone working away from home during business hours. We have a cat and a dog (might consider small pet with deposit for ideal applicant and compatible pet)

Looking for someone who takes care of individual and shared space, is respectful, communicates well. Someone who knows or is willing to learn about recycling and composting to reduce landfill, and mindful of utility use. No smoking, excessive drinking, parties or overnight guests.

Friendly neighborhood, easy street parking. Yard is currently undergoing change from grass to garden, so looks a bit rough at the moment!
