Looking for one roommate (any gender) to fill out two 2nd floor bedrooms (they are connected via double doors to make one room) My current roommate is moving out at the end of September, so I’m looking for someone to swap in!

I’m a 25 yo male living in the third floor bedroom of this 3 bedroom apartment. I work in the wedding industry, and between work and outings, am hardly ever home. I keep the common-area clean, and ask for mutual respect in the apartment. My hobbies include photography, caring for houseplants, going out with friends (friends are mostly female, if it means anything to you), and nature; but again: I mostly work.
