Looking for one roommate (any gender) to fill out two 2nd floor bedrooms (they are connected via double doors to make one room).

My current roommate of 3 years accepted an exciting opportunity out of country, so I’m looking for someone to swap in August 1st!

The room for rent is shown in the final 4 pictures of this post. It will be unfurnished aside from a few items she will be leaving behind: a queen-size bed, air conditioner, bookshelf, tv stand, and a few other large furniture items- which can be removed if unwanted.

I’m a 28 yo male living in the third floor bedroom of this 3 bedroom apartment. I work in the wedding industry, and between work and outings, am hardly ever home. I keep the common-area clean, and ask for mutual respect in the apartment. My hobbies include photography, caring for houseplants, spending time with friends (friends are mostly female, if it means anything to you), and nature walks; but again: I mostly work.
