This is a cute, English Tudor style house with a garden, gazebo, and an art studio. There are 2 shared bathrooms. Laundry, kitchen and wifi available. AC, utilities provided. There are 3 little dogs on the property and they are very friendly.
About the roomies
I am a retired teacher and artist. My 35 yr. old son is here some weekends. He works in the mountains during the week. I rent out a larger, unfurnished room. Currently there is a very positive young woman and her 15 year old daughter in the room. They are very busy and gone most of the time.
