Room: $850 per month - 1 year lease. Refundable security deposit is $650.

I’m looking for:

• Someone with a full-time job.
• An individual who cleans up after themselves and is respectful of others.
• A responsible and trustworthy person who pays rent on time.
• Someone who doesn’t mind dogs. I have a French Bulldog/Pug mix.
• Preferably someone that plans to stay longer than 1 year.
• A good background check.
• References (past landlord(s) preferred).

What I’m NOT looking for:

• A noisy person/party animal.
• Someone who will have people over often.
• Someone who doesn’t respect my space and privacy.
• A messy person.
• A cigarette smoker.
