Room: $850 per month. This room comes furnished with a Bed Frame, T.V. Stand, T.V., and an End Table

PLEASE NOTE: If you do not have the security deposit and first month’s rent saved up ($1375) please do not contact me. I need someone mature and who is able to save money and who is serious in order to proceed to have you as a roommate.

I’m looking for:

• Someone with a full-time job.
• An individual who can keep a clean house and is respectful of others.
• A responsible and trustworthy person who pays rent on time.
• Someone who doesn’t mind dogs. I have a French Bulldog/Pug mix.
• A good background check.
• References (past landlord(s) preferred).

What I’m NOT looking for:

• A noisy person/party animal.
• Someone who has people over often.
• Someone who doesn’t respect my space and privacy.
• A messy person - when you’re finished clean up after yourself.
• A cigarette smoker.
