Renting out a finished attic space comprised of two rooms. Perfect for someone who would like some extra space. The bedroom already has a queen sized bed and box spring on a metal frame with two spacious closets. The second room already has a pull out couch, TV, and coffee table. There is a crawl space spanning the two rooms for extra storage.

The house is a short walk from the park and few blocks away from multiple shopping areas. On the other side of the park is a train station that goes straight to Hoboken with a stop at Secaucus Junction if you need to go to NYC. There is a spacious back yard with a patio deck and a fire pit.

I recently purchased this home and currently live with another roommate and my dog Pax. I have trained Pax well and he is friendly with other dogs.

I work from home and spend most of my time in my office or in my entertainment area. I already purchased internet for the home and this cost would be included in rent as well as the other utilities.

The basement is half finished with a bar. I have already placed an L couch and a TV in this space. This is perfect for a movie night with friends. During the day I use this space as my office.

The unfinished part of the basement has more space for storage along with a washer and drier.

We would be sharing a single bathroom, though I have plans to add another bathroom in the future.
