Hi everyone, I’m looking to sublease my private bedroom and bathroom im the Cottages of Fort Collins from mid-March/April to the end of July 2023 with the ability to extend the lease through the apartment management. The rent is $675 with utilities (usually around 50/month). This apartment is furnished in the common areas and bedroom.
About the roomies
You would have 3 lovely roommates who are CSU students or recent grads. The Cottages is 10 minutes away from the CSU campus and five minutes away from Old Town. It’s a great location! The apartment provides a shuttle, gym, sauna, and study rooms.
