Gabrielle's room

My current roommate and I have our 3rd room available with a shared bath in a house in Springdale off exit 76! The home has a garage you would have access to for parking or storage, plus a washer & dryer on site. It is $600/month unfurnished or $700/month furnished (bed frame/mattress+desk/chair). We would like to start with a 3 month lease with the option to extend if it’s a good fit for everyone! We offer a rent reduction for paying 3 months up front & for babysitting, if interested, as well. No dogs, but small animals are totally fine. I have a fish tank currently not in use if you want to use it. We may allow one cat. Overall, the area is really safe, and our neighbors are super nice. The location is really convenient to just about anywhere you need to go in NWA.

My roommate and I currently occupy 2 of the 3 rooms. I have a 9 month old who sleeps in my room with me. We have 3 dogs and 2 cats between us. I work 10am~3pm M-F, and my roommate works 1pm-9:30pm M-F. Someone working overnights and/or weekends would be able to have the house to themselves during the day, but any work schedule is fine! The baby is pretty chill, but she can be extra fussy if she’s sick or something. The dogs are really friendly and love people. The cats are typical cats. We all coexist very well!
