With a private all-glass sunporch, built-in bookshelves, gorgeous wood accents, luxury hardwood floors, plenty of storage space, a built-in breakfast nook, and tons of natural lighting, you are going to love living here. In-unit laundry is also available for free, both machines are located in the basement. Parking is super easy, there are two private driveways attached to the property and parking is free for all roommates (rare for the area).
About the roommates: Everyone is aged 23-27, clean and respectful of common areas. The roommates love to cook, go out, get to know new people, and socialize. If you’re looking to make new friends, you’ve come to the right place. You will share a bathroom with one person. No pets at this time, thank you! Lease length is one year with the option to sublet your space at any time. You will have three roommates.
