Glenda's room

My house is in a very nice south charlotte neighborhood within the boundaries of Monroe and Providence Road. The drive time to Mid, Uptown and South Park is about 15 minutes in traffic. I have a large fenced backyard with a deck. You would have your own bedroom, bath and living room. House is split level so it’s set up nicely for a roommate. The laundry room is shared as it is on the same level as the bed and bathroom, shared kitchen and dining area. If you wanted, you could have your own entry but the house is not completely divided due to the laundry room downstairs. Rooms are furnished but could accommodate some additional furniture. Currently queen platform bed in bedroom, but would ask that you have your own mattress or the bed could be moved out. Outside street parking.

I’m the homeowner and live with two medium sized dogs. Depending on how they got along, I think we could handle one additional house trained dog. I’m open minded but would have some boundaries which we can discuss. I work from home the majority of the week and am active with some outdoor activities.
