Bianca's room

Hey there! We have 2 rooms available for rent in a 5 bed/3 bath newly built house off Roseland. These rooms will share a bathroom. Rooms are currently unfurnished. We have a cat and a large dog, both love all humans. No other pets allowed. No smoking allowed. Utilities included are water, electricity, and internet. Ideally looking for 1year lease but can do 6months.

We are looking for someone who does not smoke, does not have pets or kids. Is clean and respectful, will partake in the shared chores for the household (think, take trash out, trash bins out, wash your own dishes or load/unload dishwasher, etc.)

You must be able to show proof of income, put down a security deposit and first months rent and complete a background check.

We are a married couple, who enjoy skydiving, working out, going to the beach, having board game nights, and watching movies.
