Ensenada Street

Hey! My name is Kenzie. I just bought a house and need some roommates. I have one master bedroom with an attached bathroom, and one regular bedroom with a shared bathroom available. Price varies for each, and I am flexible/willing to negotiate. The house is totally remodeled with all new appliances and a huge fenced-in yard. The neighborhood is really cute, and right near the trolley– very easy access to UCSD or wherever you want to go. 15 minutes to downtown, and 30 minutes to the beach.

About me: I am a UX designer who works from home and enjoys hiking, reading, farmer’s markets, and baking. I have a dog named Maya who is super sweet and well-behaved and loves being outside. We would love to live with other dogs, but no cats because she would be too rough.

I am vegan but you do not have to be, as long as meat is kept separate from my food in the fridge and isn’t left in the sink. I am pretty chill, mostly quiet but love hosting dinner parties or wine nights for friends sometimes. Weed ok, but no incense. I am pretty clean and on top of any fixes that would need to be made around the house.
