Hello! Living in 2,000 square foot home in a safe neighborhood close to many resources.
Room can be king bed or single with small walk-in closet also you’re welcome to use your own furniture. All spaces are shared except bedrooms. Off street parking, laundry room and small area for workout, track on corner and small area for storage. Age is not a factor as long as a professional that works and willing to keep up with each other for safety reasons. Would like ID., reference and place of work, referrals and emergency contacts!
Roommate references are great if have concerns please feel free to talk about it.
