Near Hanes Mall, w/in maximum 15minutes of all the colleges and hospitals, minutes from Ardmore and downtown Winston Salem, 5 minutes from FMC. Original hardwoods throughout, SS appliances. 2.5 beds w/ 1.5 baths. Fully furnished with well equipped kitchen. Room for rent is 11x11 +, has mid sized closet, ceiling fan w/ light fixtures and 2 windows. Room is furnished ( full bed with linens, dresser, bedside table & curtins) Shower IS shared. 2 dogs in residence, no other dogs permitted. No cats or smokers/vape due to allergies. NOT 420 friendly. Room is usually rented to college students but open to other age groups. Room rental agreement to be signed. Month to month terms but ideally a good fit would stay 6 months. Rent is $750 firm monthly with $200 deposit (refundable if no violation and appropriate notice given). Utilities included: power, water, gas heat, wifi, garbage, W/D and cleaning products. I will do the yard work and household cleaning with exception of your room. MUST keep your room maintained and clean up after yourself/ your guests in common areas. Buy your own: groceries, laundry products ( not Tide) and toilet paper. Quiet, relaxed environment.

I have rented a room out, off and on at this house for many years, and will have as much or little contact with you as you choose. LGTBQIA + ALLY. I like to read and watch food competition tv. I also cook & bake regularly and will leave samples/extras for you when available. Please contact me with any questions. We can set up a zoom or a meet and greet (typically at Barnes & Noble) for both parties safety and to see how we get along. Provided everything goes well at that meeting you would then come to the house to see the space in person as well as meet the dogs. Provided both parties want to move forward, the rental agreement would be signed, deposit made and a key given.
