About the room
Hello!
I am looking for someone to take over my room. Available to move-in on March 1st or as early as Feb 26th.
Downstairs room available in a beautiful 5BR/3BA house in Redwood City for $930 a month. Room comes unfurnished I will be selling my furnitures soon unless you want to keep some of them I’ll give it to you in a very cheap price. Bathroom is shared with two other housemates. Utilities/household expenses are shared by housemates(Not included in rent). Security Deposit: 1 month’s rent ($930). Our landlord has not cut from our deposits and has not raised rent since we are living here.
ABOUT HOUSE: Outdoor driveway parking and street parking. Large shared laundry room (not coin operated). Huge front yard and backyard with fruit trees. Huge storage room in the backyard. Big kitchen with Dishwasher and dining table.

About the roomies
Most of the housemates are working outside the house so if you are working from home you get to have the house all to yourself. Housemates usually gets home from 6pm-10pm from work. We tend to respect each other’s spaces. Sometimes when they have bbq gatherings, it’s fun.
