Plymouth Street

I have a 2 bed/1 bath apartment between Kendall and Inman square in Cambridge and my roommate is moving soon to start their masters degree. I am hoping to renew the lease, so I am currently looking for a new roommate! Your portion of the rent would be $1875 a month. Utilities range from $90 to $200 a month depending on AC usage. The lease will run from June 1, 2023 to June 1, 2024 (with option for extension). Definitely feel free to reach out to me for more information or pictures.

The neighborhood and neighbors in the building are both wonderful, and the apartment has an open and modern feel, with stainless steel appliances and high ceilings.

One last note: my landlord has recently informed me that I need to find a new roommate by March 1 or sign the lease on my own, otherwise the place will go back on the market. As such, there may be a bit of a quick turn around.
