Alphabet Mafia & Pet Friendly 2 rooms are available to rent with a shed for storage & a laundry washer & dryer are both on site. I have a bathroom attached to my room so the other is all yours. Enough parking for three more cars to park on pavement. Partially covered porch w/ a large grassy yard. The kitchen & living room are shared but I work third shift & spend allot of time playing videogames & forging so you’ll have plenty of time space to yourself. $900 should cut the rent & electricity even in 1/2. If more than 1 person moved in we could split it in thirds.

K here. I love my cat Mr. Boy, working in my forge & games. Videogames mostly but I do like Jackbox group games like CivicDoodle. I keep mostly to myself and have been told it’s hard to get my attention when I’m -hyper-focusing. I’m left leaning but try to not talk about politics too much as the willful ruination of everything good makes my blood boil. Mr. Boy has lived with multiple dogs, & even a few cats harmoniously. I don’t know how he would do with other species of animal. If you have any fur babies, before moving in I’d like the pets to meet. We had 2 housemates leave recently as they are attempting to move across the pond. My other housemate, T, is barely able to keep up with the new amount due to medical issues. They have secured new housing with their significant other a few towns away. But she has determined to stay at least until April or I find another roommate. Which ever comes sooner.
