2 bd 2 ba apartment! You’ll be added to the lease and getting the larger bedroom with walk-in closet, private bathroom, and balcony access. The common areas are already furnished, but I’m willing to look into redecorating if desired. Less than five minutes from Peninsula Town Center and the highway, walking distance from the grocery store, restaurants, and hospital. Current rent is $700/person, but will likely increase once lease is renewed. Haven’t had a chance to take photos as current roommate is still living here and I just received notice, but I can provide photos by request. Common area photos to be uploaded soon.

I’m a 22 year old student working full time, so I won’t be home often. I do have a very sweet cat who does little more than stretch her claws on the couch (unfortunately), so the most you’ll experience is her asking for affection and playtime. Because I’m doing so much the apartment can admittedly get messy, but I do my best to clean up as much as I can either as I go or on my day off. I love to cook, so I’m happy to make meals for the house or split groceries. I only occasionally have guests over. Sometimes you’ll catch me having fallen asleep to the tv in the living room as I prefer to relax outside my bedroom. I’d like to get to know any prospective roommate over coffee, and prefer a friendly relationship. Ideally I would prefer to live with someone around my age, within 5 years.

Just found out that the lease needs to be renewed by May 10, but looking to get that extended so that we have time to get to know each other!
