Elizabeth(Kriz) and Erick's room

We have a 10.5 x 9.5 carpeted room with closet for rent with bathroom that is shared with one other female Also a half bath downstairs. Shared kitchen, living room and dinning area. We have on and off street parking, and a back patio. We are across from Talbert Park with path to bike path which goes to the beach, less than a mile( about a half hr walk). There is pool access and a jacuzzi with barbecues in the pool area. Washer, dryer and dishwasher in the unit. $500 deposit and 1/4 of utilities. Utilities are not included. We are in Newport Terrace.

We are both over 50, husband and wife and are looking for a responsible female, small dog ok. We do not have pets, although we are animal lovers. We do not smoke or drink and do not want smokers. We do not have people over or party. We workout a few days a week and like to go to the beach or on hikes. we are quiet, very respectful and pretty normal people.
