Megan's room

We have a three bedroom, two-story house located about five minutes from the Pellissippi Blount County campus, and are looking for a third roommate (preferably a female student or young professional.) We have a bedroom upstairs available. Your main bathroom can be our visitor bath downstairs. There’s an office downstairs that my roommate occasionally uses for school, but there’s room for another desk and workspace. We also have a garage that’s being utilized as storage and a crafting/workspace. We have two cats and a dog. He’s a bigger dog, very sweet and excited and loves furry friends. The company we rent through requires a background check for all adults that live in the house. We also ask that there’s no smoking per the landlord’s rules. We plan to stay until October 2024.

I’m Megan, I’m 26, and I work from home. My roommate E is 19 and is a student and works full time. We’re pretty calm and chill, but we enjoy the occasional game night with friends. The neighborhood is safe and friendly. Mostly families and some older couples.
