Looking for a 55 and older female roommate to share my two bedroom two bath house in Park Place 55 in Sebastian FL. I live alone in this amazing gated community across the street from the most amazing community center possible with all activities available including tennis, fitness center, pool, ping pong, card room, library, etc and loads of organized activities for those that want to participate. The room comes with its own full bath directly across the hall from the bedroom. There are two separate entrances to the house. It is appox 1200 sq feet and was just redone inside.

I am a widower who lives independently. Age 74. I was a homemaker raising three wonderful kids and an author of over 50 books published over the years. I enjoy relaxing, walking, reading, and am easy to get along with. I’m looking for someone who is 55 or older and female who would enjoy living in this community with me and would also like my roommate to be a friend as well. This is a 55 and older community so their are age restrictions and a required background check by the association before anyone can be approved to move in.
