Hey there, This is 2x2 townhome apartment “2000 square ft” at the luxury apartment building of Windsor in Coral Springs, I am currently renting the one bedroom with one bath. “Private” - It can come furnished or unfurnished “bed and dresser only”
You will have access to the entire apartment but not the pool and/or gym unfortunately there’s only one fob. Light water sewer trash wifi ALL INCLUDED in monthly payment.
No smoking No kids No couples sorry but this is for a 1 person, of course you are allowed to have guests just give me a heads up. I have my bf that visits from time to time but besides that I am barely home. I am a very quiet yet personable roommate, I work and go to school so I barely have time, I am usually in my room most of the times when I am home, but I am always down for a good chat if you are.
Proof of income is required. Thank you bunch.
