Hello, Peeps! I am moving into a brand new beautiful home and seeking 2 additional renters for a total of 3 roommates.

Each renter will have their own private bedroom, own private bathroom, and private living room / bonus room space. For example, I will be using my adjoining living room space as an office. You can use yours as a den, office, etc.

There’s a 2-car garage and a driveway, so you don’t have to park on the street. The very large attic can be used for storage space.

The property is in Franklin in a safe, clean, housing subdivision which includes a gym and a pool.

Ideal roommates are female, Christian, full-time employed, and willing to sign a year lease. No pets. No smokers. Rent is $1125.00 each with a required $1125.00 deposit.

I’m a filmmaker and author. I spend the days putting in hours driving Tesla for Uber, and I work on my projects on my down time. Originally from Arkansas but have lived in DC, China and Israel. I love people!
