Looking for female tenant (working professional with a full time job, no working from home). The home has 1 and a half bath, so we will share shower but you will have the half bath for your own personal use (refer to pictures). I am extremely clean and the shared shower is always impecable. Lease will be month to month. No smoking of any kind or drugs allowed. Must be a clean person and able to maintain a clean living environment. Parking (1 PS) is available right in front of unit. Utilities include WIFI, water and electricity. Laundry is on site and central air is available. Landlady speaks English and Spanish. There are no pets on site and no pets allowed.
