Ramona Terrace

We have a 2-story brick house that looks like a appointment building lol . all bedrooms upstairs with 1/2 bath that is 97% all yours with the Occasional have to go potty emergency. Like in the middle of the night. Or the other bathroom is occupied. We have a brand new kitchen that took 11 yrs to get. Still need some work to finish off. We have a full laundry room with washer and dryer. Hope to some day split in half and make dinning room out of. Full bath with deep jetted tub. Living room not big but not small on the main floor. Our yard is separate into 5 sections the front yard we are still working on to add more flowers , side 1 is full of flowers, back 1 has some flowers small pond fenced off from dogs patio back 2 dog grass area with small fire 🔥 pit. Then what I call the back 40 it’s not 49 arcers I just call it the back 40 that is where the pool is the vegetables garden area I’m working on getting tall boxes to make a standing garden small patio. And hopefully our 2 cherry 🍒 trees 🌳 bloom this year! There is a 3bs restaurant just outside the back door and Tony’s pizza just kiddy corner from the front door. There is some shopping and a great restaurant 4 blocks away. Library 6 blocks a way. More shopping just miles away. We are located in the middle of riverside Blvd. And 173 right off of N. 2nd st. My husband Patrick and Patrick and myself Tracy have been happily married for almost 10 yrs. But we’ve been jusst friends on and off since my high school yrs. It took 26 yrs for a 2nd date. Still friends with quite a few. My husband works 3rd shift and sleeps all day. So that leaves me alone. So if your on disability it ok with us. But my husband can not take care if you and me both.
