Susan's room

This House is located in a small quiet community in Winchester. The house is apox 5 years old. The room is located up stairs with a private bath (sometimes used by guests) There is an upstairs loft with TV as well as downstairs living area. You will have full kitchen access. Outdoor living area, covered bbq bar area, pool and seasonal vegitable garden. I have to large dogs who have full access to the house.

I am a full time teacher. I travel occassionally. I have a 4 bedroom 3 bath home shared with me and my 2 dogs. I prefer a clean and tidy home and would expect to share those duties. I am not a complete neat freak. I have children fairly near by who visit with thier kids sometimes over night. I do not have overnight guest and expect the same from you. I love the outdoors and outdoor activities.
