Daniel's room

We are looking for a roommate for a 3rd roommate for a bed/3bath house right near Wilmot and Broadway. The room has a private bathroom across the hall, and the whole house has a beautiful 70s style aesthetic with wood ceilings and walls, as well as cool windows and cabinets. The room would be unfurnished, however we will be trying our best to furnish the rest of the house with furniture we already own as well as whatever we’ll buy as time goes on. The living area is very spacey because there’s basically 2 living rooms that are connected. Unfortunately we can only allow a lease for 3 months, however there will be no security deposit required and rent will only be $600 a month.

My roommate, Solum, and I believe we would be some pretty good roommates. We both love the outdoors and sometimes go hiking or even just visit the mountains. I’m 20 years old and like to play guitar, go to the gym, and sometimes play video games. She’s 18 and likes making jewelry, thrifting, and playing with her dog. Her dog is named elephant, and he’s a hella fluffy and loveable mid sized bernedoodle. He loves people and other dogs, and also doesn’t shed. We’re all overall just chill and keep to ourselves, and although it’d be cool to be friends with our roommate it’s definitely not a must.
