Sherwin's room

Aloha! The house is located in the Dimond/Sand Lake area of South Anchorage. It’s a great neighborhood and conveniently located. Restaurants, grocery stores, health/fitness club, city bus route, and the Campbell Creek trail system are a short walk away. The Anchorage airport, Kincaid park, and the Coastal trail are 10mins away.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. The room is furnished with a fullsize bed, lamp, and side table. Linens are available. Roomie will have full access to the kitchen, and other common areas. Ample parking space, washer/dryer, bbq grill, portable outdoor fire pit (solo stove), and strong trees to hang hammocks. Remove shoe at the entry kinda place.

Flexible with start day and length of stay.

Currently, it’s just my little dog (15lbs) and I residing in the house. He is a miniature Schnoodle (schnauzer/poodle mix), hypoallergenic, super friendly, and loves people. He is my world, so, a person that likes dogs is a plus.

I’m pleasant and courteous, and ask that you are the same. Am fairly easygoing. I like to go on bike rides during the winter and summer months, hike, SUP (I’ve got a spare to share), travel, and go on long walks with my dog. I like to cook and bake from time to time.

I work for the Alaska Railroad. Which consists of turning in early at night and up early in the morning (late spring- late fall).

This is not a party house or hangout spot for friends. No smoking/vaping/420 in the house. No druggies.
