I have 1 room up for rent in a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2400+ sq ft house, currently seeking a third roomate. Street parking available. The room is 10x13 located on the second level. I’m asking for a rent of $700 with a $300 deposit refundable. There is a full bathroom on the second level but it’s shared (you can claim the half bath located downstairs if you want.) The living spaces are fully furnished and everyone will have access to them. I have a gym room on the first level of the house (Treadmill, Tonal system, medicine balls, etc). If you have not heard of Tonal, please go look it up, it’s pretty cool (I pay for the subscription). The kitchen has plenty of cabinet storage spaces and a pantry room. Utilities include electricity, water, trash, fiber wifi internet, etc. Short term or Long term but will give preferences towards the long term. After 1 year though, the contract converts to month-to-month for convenience. Please no couples. Although I am not opposing your friends to sleep over, just not long term. No more pets as I already have 4. The house will be equipped with a security system for peace of mind that I pay for. Available September 11th.

I am 30 years old and moving to San Antonio, in the Kirby area from California. I have 3 cats that are friendly and a nice attention seeking German shepherd/Belgian Malinois mix. My dog stays in my room unless i’m chilling in the living room or cooking. I am pretty clean and I like to keep the common areas that way. I work 2 jobs so during the day I will be gone and at night I work from home. I hope to find like minded professional male roommates that keep to themselves and keep common areas clean.
