You get a private furnished bedroom in a 3-bedroom house for 3 females.
If you think something crucial is missing, let me know and I can probably make it work.
*Bedroom has new queen size bed and pillowtop mattress, desk/vanity, new chair, 40 inch TV.

Whole kitchen, also furnished and equipped, stove, microwave, fridge and additional fridge in another room, cooking utensils, etc.
Shared bathroom with one female housemate and that is all, future roommate would have their own bathroom in the master bedroom.
Laundry room with Whirlpool washer and dryer plus plenty of room.
Dedicated parking space in the driveway, no one will park in your way. Includes high speed wifi.
Bills included in the price. Can lower the rent if we split the bills equally.
Safe street, very nice for walking. No pets, but willing to discuss.

Currently one housemate (looking for one more person to rent the master bedroom, will pick carefully so we are all a personality match and you can have input). Currently just share the house with one female, in her 30s, professional, gay, politically liberal.
Partied in college days, could get down, but acting her age more nowadays, at least most of the time. Introverted and we can have very little contact if you prefer. I’m still best friends with my college roommate, and we were big opposites, so that’s how easy and respectful I am to get along with lol.
