We have a true Taos gem of a home for rent. This private 1200sqft 2 bedroom 1 bath house is a lightly furnished old adobe that has all the modern amenities along with old-world charm and creative artist-made details. With a sunroom and greenhouse built off the dining room, a beautiful shared courtyard-style garden, and a fantastic large patio. This house stands as a one-of-a-kind home.

We are in Ranchos de Taos on the south side of town. Parking is tight with essentially two specified parking spots dedicated to the house. This house is entirely private but the property is shared with two working art studios on it and a separate and private addition to the back of the house that is our abode. While we are a fairly quiet and bookish lot ruckus creativity has been known to happen from time to time.

All utilities, including Kit Carson high-speed fiber optic internet, are included in the rent. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis. We require three references, with at least 1 from a former landlord, proof of a job or income, and a copy of your credit report. You will need 1st and last month’s rent plus one month’s rent as a security deposit move into this beautiful home and sign yourself a lease.
