Glacier Drive

Hi! I’m currently a UC Davis student looking for 1 or 2 other female roommates to join my friends and I (3 of us) in a 4bed/2bath apartment at Glacier Point. The room is 11x14ft and could be shared for $550 each or as a single for $900. Security deposit is $1600 for the whole unit (so it would be split between us). Bathroom would be shared with 1 or 2 other people depending on how many occupy the room. Wifi/PG&E are separate (but it’s already set up by us), water/city service fee is $80 for the whole unit, and there is free parking in the apartment.

We are all shy at first but friendly and open up once you get to know us. We like to keep the apartment on the cleaner side and we also respect privacy and space. Would love somebody with good communication and just overall respectful. We go out occasionally and would overall love to room with someone similar :)
