Erica's room

Our property is in the White Knoll school district/Wrenwood neighborhood near red bank with grocery and dining options within 10 minutes and Downtown Columbia is only about a 25 minute drive. We have two available rooms, the larger right next to the front door that is a repurposed dining room and a bedroom on the main hallway. All appliances are included as well as utility bills. The house sits on a quarter acre lot with a fenced in back yard. More photos coming soon, we are waiting for our current roommates to move out.

My boyfriend and I are the homeowners and we are clean and laid back. We are expecting our first child at the end of June so any potential roommates would need to be okay with a newborn/infant in the near future. We have one small dog and are looking to get another larger dog in the near future.
