Roll in shower, high toilet and grab bars where needed. Located in safe Dr. Phillips area, walking distance to Universal Studios, library and restaurant row. Private pool on fenced in corner lot.

Your living space is shared with two other renters who are responsible working adults who are chilled and respectful. Both have been here since before covid. Have had background checks and always pay on time. Livingroom and kitchen are shared spaces. Washer and dryer are shared. Only house rules are clean up behind yourself and no guest or overnight company.
