This property is located right next to the 15 and 56 freeway. Right down the street you have everything you need in shopping. Costco, Home Depot, Albertsons, CVS, and lots of other restaurants and shopping stores. This neighborhood is quiet and tenants are great. I am looking for someone to sign a one year lease in another apartment in this complex. My roommate unbeknownst to me is allergic to cats and I am trying to look out for his health. I have been here seven months and love it. We have gym, pools, spa, parks right down the street. Beach is 15 minutes away and central to San Diego. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment one master and one room with attached bathroom. I want a duel master bedroom in this complex which is only a 100$ more. Please contact me for details. I am easy going and like to be social. Of course I like my alone time but rather have a roomie that has same interests and outgoing. I have a cat so please know that she will be allowed in the main area and my room. I like to surf, snowboard, go to bars, have fun, fish, hike, pretty much anything outdoorsie.
