Hello, Have (1) rooms available in a (5) room house. You would have a shared bath.
This room is only available till July 1st
Each person has own room. There is a bonus room that is fully equiped with TV/ Cable/ Most Streaming Apps. Full house privelidges and kitchen. Overnight guests Ok, but LIMITED.
Music and sports on often. Decent backyard. Walking distance to Kleiner park and the Village. I do have a sweet German Shepard. Fine Print: Available - March 1st 1/2 Month Deposit No othe pets No Tobacco Smoking- Allergic even if on clothes. Overnight Guests VERY limited- (2) times a week MAX Must be clean/ clean up after themselves keep Kitchen Clean. Street Parking avaialble
About the roomies
Im Male- Mid fifties in a LTR though she lives in in Miami and visits every 3 months for a couple of weeks. I have family and property back in the SF Bay area and travel often.
