The Woods Drive

All the rooms are upstairs. A master bedroom, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The room for rent has 1 window and closet. It does not have a ceiling light. Your bathroom will be shared with one of our housemates (Keenan).

We all work full time, but in our downtime we’re all a couple of chill nerds of varying kinds. We’ve known each other since high school and we’ve been good friends ever since. Jarad and Cas are dating and we share the master bedroom. Keenan has his own room by the stairs and bathroom. We’re also always lighting some incense or using humidifiers. Our dynamic is pretty laid back and we take turns cooking meals, splitting groceries, and cleaning. We’re pretty direct when it comes to practical or personal issues. “Can’t fix a problem if people don’t know there’s a problem” type of mentality.

About the housemates:

Keenan (32, he/him): Keenan is a chill guy with a big heart. Currently works for Pete’s Coffee full time as a Shift Lead. He’s a big gamer (PC/PS5). He’s a good cook and a straight forward guy. Occasionally enjoys drinking and weed. Has a habit of coming home with goodies from his work.

Jarad (31, he/him): Jarad works as a full time Assistant Director and Instructor at a martial arts school. He’s a very patient and caring person. He’s also the kind of person that offers a helping hand if you ask. Also is very direct when it comes to communication. Likes to spend his off time playing games. He doesn’t really cook, drink, or smoke. He has a habit of coming home with stories about his students doing silly or funny things in his class, usually involving him getting thrown around.

Cassandra (32, she/her): Cas works as a full time vet assistant. She loves her job but often comes home dead tired and barely human. She’s the most introverted person of the house but loves to cook shared food and make tea. She enjoys drawing, reading, and watching anime. Sometimes drinks and rarely smokes. She’s also the one that collects the rent to pay the housing department.
