2 story townhome with one roommate. I have two dogs but the HOA doesn’t allow anymore, so no pets. Wifi and utilities included. Private medium-sized room with closet and window on the second floor with private bathroom, loft area and laundry room. First floor has a shared bathroom for guests, kitchen, and living space. Small private back patio. Parking available in garage and in front of garage, also parking lots in neighborhood.

I am 26 and going to school to be a barber and working. I have a pretty busy lifestyle so not really a home body. Both dogs are older and crate trained.
