Private large bedroom with closet and enough space for an on suite office, 2 shared full bathrooms. Spacious 3 bedroom corner condo, with garden level bedrooms, nice kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room, large living room and porch to chill! Corner unit provides lots of natural light to all rooms. Internet and cable included. Utilities included up to $300/month, if more difference will be split between 3.
Assigned parking included and also a few visitors parking available.
Drug free place. Cannabis friendly, smoking allowed in porch, yet not inside the condo.
About the roomies
Daughter is a senior at CU, looking for roommate. Clean and organized. Larger room with study nook. No couples, total 3 roommates.
