- <5 miles from I4 and 30 minutes from Daytona Beach/Orlando
- 10-15 minutes away from the Sunrail and 50 min train ride down to orlando
- Public bus route is within 1500 feet

- Cozy Retreat: Friendly, working, and everyone keeps to themselves. Roommates work full time and are very friendly, respectful and considerate. Occasionally, there are days we meet up for gaming, bbq’s, ping pong, tennis, or golf. Hopefully you are an easy going person to get along with. Orderly, calm, quiet and respectful home
