This shared house has a 2nd floor bedroom and 1st floor flex room available for rent (both rooms included in monthly rent). The flex room can be used as an office, workout room, art studio, whatever you like! The bedroom shares a bathroom with one other person. There is also a half bath on the first floor. The common areas of the house are shared with up to four other people. The house is designed for shared living with two refrigerators, basement laundry, and a huge backyard. All utilities and wifi are included in the monthly rent. Six or twelve month lease length available, security deposit is equal to one month’s rent. Currently there are three people living in the house. On the third floor is a young couple, and there is a young woman living on the second floor. My partner and I live on the street and we have three houses that are all rent by the bedroom. Prices for rooms to rent range from $900-$1200 and include both private and shared bathrooms.
