One bedroom available an adorable apartment in Phoenixville March 1st!
It’s on the first floor, has in unit washer and dryer, plenty of street parking, a dedicated outdoor space, and lots of character. The apartment is within walking distance to all of the fun happenings of Phoenixville and is overall just a lovely space. The second bedroom has a nice sized closet, pretty stained glass window, and connects to the bathroom.
The bedroom is staged to give an idea of the size and space.
About the roomies
You would be living with myself and my two cats! I am a mostly tidy and organized person. Very friendly, but with a healthy respect for boundaries and privacy. You would be responsible for furnishing your own room but the rest of the apartment will already be furnished.
