The kitchen comes fully equipped, including a fridge, stove, sink, and kitchen island with granite countertop, stainless steel appliances, vinyl plank flooring in the common areas, and carpet in the bedrooms. With well-maintained rooms, modern and chic architecture, and a spacious open floor plan, you’ll surely feel at home the moment you step through the front door. The house also offers a tankless water heater, filtered water system, sprinklers, refrigerator, washer, and dryer.

You’ll also love the community’s exceptional amenities, such as a state-of-the-art recreation center, a zero-entry pool with splash pad, parks, an adventure playground and an abundance of green space. All personal items must be kept inside the bedroom. You will have a designated cabinet space, pantry shelf, bathroom drawer, refrigerator and freezer space. No personal items are to be left on common areas, such as the kitchen, living room, and patio. No items should be left inside the garage or around the house premises.

Parties, smoking indoors, drug, and overnight guests are NOT allowed under any circumstances.

The property is very clean and is in a quiet neighborhood. I am looking for clean, organized, mature, courteous, peaceful roommates.
