House isn’t grand but comfortable with all expected amenities. Neighborhood is nice and diverse. People go for walks and in summer the kids ask if they can mow your lawn kind of neighborhood. Street isn’t very busy. Three bedroom, two bath. Small closet in the bedroom with additional closet space in a third bedroom that I use as storage and the dog kennels. Two very active dogs, must love dogs- see more on that below. Unless you’re a heavy sleeper, those who sleep during the day will find the barking annoying. Internet will support unlimited streaming and gaming.

Just me. 57 yr old semi retired Registered nurse and Army Veteran. I am actually looking for someone to help with the dogs. Someone that can put them in their kennels for the night and feed and water them if I am out of town on weekends. They are inside dogs and sometimes annoyingly affectionate, even for me.
