South Downing Street

Old model single floor house with a basement. The basement is its own small apartment with a big room and bathroom. Shared kitchen. With a back yard that has a trampoline. There is one parking stop in the back but can park on the street. Literally down the street from wash park and some really good eating spots around.

One roommate is a tattoo apprentice who is down to earth, she loves to be outside riding her longboard, snowboard or doing anything out side! The other is chill stoner guy who is an accountant for a club, open up for deep conversation and working out. There is a spot for parking but is shared with the other roommate. There is a cat here as well she is sweet, messy eater but will be your best friend if you brush her.
