Available is a bright room with high ceilings in a beautiful home in the heart of Watts-Hillandale, conveniently located between East and West Campus (bike-distance) and near to Ninth Street, Wholefoods, Coco-Cinnamon and Harris-Teeter. It has direct access to a patio and a big lovely garden, fast fiber Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, and a modern kitchen. A bathroom will be shared with another roommate. You will have good company with three other roommates. Good team spirit, cleanliness and a bit of TLC for the garden are important for us. Utilities will be shared.
