Hope's room

Hello we are urgently looking for a roommate by March 1st 2023! Private room with a shared bathroom. This is a 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath two story townhome. Shared kitchen and living room. The lease is month to month. Rent is $730 plus utilities that we split evenly four ways. Depending on the season, utilities can range from an extra $70-$120. Must have credit to apply.

You will have three roommates total. Olivia is working on her master’s degree and works full time. She also has a German shepherd. He stays in her room and she is very tidy. You would be sharing the bathroom/shower with her, but you do have a half bathroom available for use at any time. I am a Sociology major at CSUF, this is my final semester. I love to cook, workout, read and write. I also lead a book club that I would love to host in our home occasionally. I am interested in astrology, personal development, and community building. Ideally our home would be a safe, comfortable, respectful, and supportive space!
