Shared town house, corner unit with nobody living above or below in the Springland Village. You will have a furnished private large master bedroom with private full bath with tub, and walk-in closet. We will share living room with fireplace, dining room, full kitchen with new appliances, and guest bathroom (I have an additional private bathroom.) All carpets professionally washed recently. We will also share a patio with a gas BBQ , with room to recline. There is a full size washer and dryer. We will share a two-car garage with extra storage. You will have access to 3 beautiful pools, 3 relaxing hot tubs and a tennis court. It is an easy 20-minute drive to Reno airport, 15-minute commute to UNR, and 5 minutes to both the Legend mall and the Coconut Bowl at wild island. It is a short walk to Smiths, restaurant/fast food stores, dry cleaners, and many others stores. Great public schools.

I am a 58-year-old women in a long distance that travels a lot. I am quiet, friendly and enjoy my alone time. I do not drink, smoke, nor do drugs. I have visitors that stay over occasionally but few guest otherwise. I enjoy, pickleball, golf, yoga and camping. As a retired teacher I have had full background checks. I currently share the residence with my cat.
