About the room
Looking for a responsible and respectful tenant to rent a private room in a spacious 3 bedroom townhouse in Chino Hills.
The house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, just 15 minutes away from Cal Poly Pomona and 5 minutes from Costco.
The room is $900 per month and includes utilities. The house is equipped with a fully accessible kitchen, washer and dryer. Tenant must be comfortable with having their own mini fridge in their room.
Must be willing to stay long term (6 months stay preferably and month to month after)

About the roomies
You’ll be sharing the house with 2 other roommates (women) and 2 friendly cats. The bathroom will be shared with one other roommate.
